The worst song of all time

This is old news, but bad music really never dies:

The Starland Vocal Band’s “Afternoon Delight” got a few votes, as did Billy Ray Cyrus’ “Achy Breaky Heart,” Mr. Mister’s “Broken Wings” and Don Johnson’s “Heartbeat.” (“Broken Wings” succeeded “We Built This City” as No. 1 by a few weeks; obviously, late 1985 was a golden age for bad songs.)

… (Rhino Records, never one to miss a trick, has a whole album of bad hit songs: “’70s Party Killer Classics” — not to mention the classic “Golden Throats” collections.)

Personally, I think that the “Anchorman” scene fully acquitts “Afternoon Delight”.
